Forget his kiss, his warm embrace

Remember now he has someone new.

Remember he has chosen her.

Forget how you memorized his walk
Forget the loving way he'd talk
Forget the sweet things he used to say
He never meant them
He's going away.

Forget his laugh, his mischevious grin
Forget that cute dimple in his chin
Forget the way he'd hold you tight
Remember he's with her tonight.

Forget that time that flew by so fast
Forget the love that now has passed
Forget he said he'd leave you never
